Shadow Days Overview

To get a first-hand look at MarinSEL, we encourage 8th-grade students to spend part of the day with us. During a Shadow Day, visiting students are paired with MarinSEL students who will serve as the visitors' guides. The Shadow Day schedule will include observation of numerous diverse and interesting MarinSEL classes. The visiting students will also have an opportunity to join a brief informational session with MarinSEL student leaders to learn about the program and opportunities for involvement in athletics, student government, clubs, activities, and more. All shadow request forms/dates are filled on a first come, first served basis. Shadow Days are reserved for current 8th-grade students only.
